Dr. Suzanne B. Shu, Ph.D., Academic Affiliate Expert

Dr. Suzanne Shu is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Anderson Graduate School of Management of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Shu has served as a consultant and provided expert testimony in the areas of marketing and consumer research.

Dr. Shu has published numerous journal articles, research reports, and book chapters on Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Judgment and Decision Making, and other marketing topics. She additionally has served as an ad-hoc editor for the Journal of Consumer Psychology, Marketing Science, Management Science, and the Journal of Consumer Research.

Dr. Shu holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago, a Master of Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell University. She has taught courses on Marketing Strategy and Management, Consumer Behavior, Behavioral Decision Theory, and Managerial Decision Making to students in undergraduate and graduate education programs at UCLA, Southern Methodist University, INSEAD, and the University of Chicago.
